You can be as involved as you want to be. Each year residents run as candidates for the Board of Directors. Each Unit has a board member with 3 year terms. There are a variety of committees that are always looking for volunteers: the Water Quality Committee, the Fish Committee, the Silt Committee and more. In 2009, the Water Quality Committee received the “Governor’s Award for Environmental Excellence.”
The Holiday Lake area is approximately 755 acres, 122 acres of water, and 18 miles of road. It’s about 30 feet deep at the dam. You can catch bluegill, bass, redear, crappies and walleye. The fishing is great!
