Our lake home dream became a reality thanks to Connie Sjerven and Holiday Realty. We had been searching for a lake home for the past 8 years. Finding Connie and talking with her, it was like in an instant that Connie understood what we were searching for! We toured homes and became acquainted with lake home living thanks to Connie. Connie listened! Our list of the homes toured contained both pros and cons. Our choice for our lake home dream was made and the paperwork began. Unfortunately our loan process became complicated by unforeseen obstacles. Connie’s knowledge and her ability to help us maintain a working relationship with the sellers and loan company made it possible to live in our dream home through a yearlong process. With patience, the closing day arrived and all went together without any complications. Our dream of ownership on the lake became reality. Thanks to Connie for hanging in there and believing in us!!
