Colleen Fettkether, REALTOR®, genuinely
enjoys helping people and she cares about
the details. This is Colleen’s sixth year as
a professional Realtor.
Her experience as controller at New
Century Farm Service has developed her
business acumen and her nearly three
years on the Holiday Lake board of
directors has given Colleen an opportunity
to learn first hand issues confronting the
lake. Colleen has been married 18 years to
Mark Fettkether who is employed at
Manatt’s. Colleen says, “My favorite part
about selling real estate is meeting new
people and helping them get the home of
their dreams.”

Vivian Link, Broker Associate, is beginning
her 29th year selling real estate at Holiday Lake. She has a remarkable history.
As a retired registered nurse, Vivian began
her real estate career with Link Realty and then joined the start up of Holiday Realty. Vivian has listed and sold or at least been inside most of the properties at the lake.
She has earned the respect of her clients
past and present. Her intimate knowledge
of the lake makes her advice and insight invaluable. Five years ago Vivian sold the
first lake home that ever sold for more
than $200,000.
In 2005 Vivian sold the first lake home
that ever sold for $400,000. Vivian says,
“I enjoy meeting and visiting with people.
It is rewarding to see Holiday Lake people
enjoying the lake.”

Jerry Westra, REALTOR®, joined Holiday
Realty when he moved to the lake full time
in 2007. Jerry had a successful career in
real estate in Iowa City first joining Byers
and Happel in 1991.  
Later he was Realtor of the Year for the
Iowa City office of Iowa Realty in 1999.
Before real estate, Jerry owned and
operated several weekly newspapers in
Iowa starting in 1970. Jerry and Janey
have been married for 46 years and have
owned a lake home for 16 years.  
“We love it here and I’m not ready to
retire. I enjoy property and the interaction
with people.”
